Associate Project Manager

Project planning, execution, monitoring & controls and reporting
Keep track of action items of several projects, assisting in documentation & reports and liaising with key stakeholders
Operate a governance framework with key stakeholders
Risk mitigation, conflict resolution and managing exceptions
Validate deliveries to establish quality/ acceptance testing
Manage stakeholder expectations and minimize escalations
Manage changes and feedback outside of sprint
Function as a Data Champion to support and gather data that drives organizational/project effectiveness
Get involved in Business support activities
Adhoc research, data gathering and quality checks of data
Analyse data and prepare reports with key summarized information
Ability to work as part of the global team to ensure smooth progress of on-going projects

2-3 years of experience in Project Management
Experience in stock market/capital markets/Financial services domain
Experience in tools like JIRA, Confluence and Agile Scrum software development methodology will be an added advantage
Technical knowledge on networking, APIs, exchange protocols etc
Self-motivated, pro-active, strong analytical & conceptual skills
Fast learner with good communication and problem-solving skills, ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
Good attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and coordination skills
Competent at meeting tight deadlines, performing high-quality work and diligent follow up
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, and collaboratively with virtual teams
