Project Support Analyst / Project Coordinator
Responsibilities
-
The role involves assisting the Manager of the Business Operations & Effectiveness team to keep track of action items of several projects, assisting in documentation & reports and liaising with key stakeholders

Help to manage stakeholder expectations, project plans and communications, and provide status updates as needed
-
Update and maintaining some of the key reports to the management
-
Follow-up and maintain Trackers
-
Function as a Data Champion to support and gather data that drive organizational effectiveness
-
Support on power point presentations and key documents of the organization
-
Adhoc research, data gathering and quality checks of data
-
Analyse simple data and prepare reports with key summarized information
-
Marketing Operations - Liaising with the responsible teams to get Social media posts done and changes to the website
-
Maintain and follow up of KPI cards of teams
-
Ability to work as part of the global team to ensure smooth progress of on-going projects
Knowledge and Skills requirement

Good attention to detail
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and coordination skills

Proficiency in Excel, Power point & Word and able to adapt to new systems/environments

Familiarity in PowerBI and Sharepoint
-
Competent at meeting tight deadlines, performing high-quality work and diligent follow up
-
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, and collaboratively with virtual teams
Experience
-
1-3 years of experience in a similar role. Fresh graduates can also apply
Education
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / CIMA part-qualified
